Draft terms for the domain-only Delta Consulting EASM public beta.

Essential terms

Eligibility & authorization

You may submit one domain per request only when you own it or have explicit written authorization to test it. Submitting a domain you do not control is prohibited and may result in account termination and potential legal action.

Acceptable use

The service is for legitimate security assessment only. Do not scan third-party domains without permission, perform illegal activities, or abuse the public beta.

Free service nature

The current service is provided free of charge as a courtesy. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, completeness, accuracy, or continued availability of the free tier.

Free platform and managed SOC monitoring

This platform is free self-service. Persistent asset inventory, weekly or monthly scheduled rescans, outbound webhooks, and copies of the PDF report plus evidence pack for up to 90 days (last 12 reports) are included. Nuclei raw output is never kept. Daily or continuous monitoring is a Delta managed SOC service. Data remains hosted by Delta on the same platform.

No warranty & limitation of liability

Reports are provided “as is”. Delta Consulting is not liable for damages arising from use of the reports or the service. You are solely responsible for actions taken based on findings.

Intellectual property

The platform, reports, and related materials remain the property of Delta Consulting LLC. You may use reports for internal security purposes; you may not resell them as a commercial service.
